What we collect
The form may collect your name, general area, email address, telephone number, the category you select and the message you write. Name and contact details are optional unless you ask for a reply.
Why we use it
We use the information to listen to concerns and ideas, consider offers of skills or resources, respond where requested and explore whether appropriate people or possibilities can be connected.
The form asks for your consent before submission. You may withdraw that consent by contacting us, although this will not affect use that already took place lawfully before withdrawal.
Sensitive information
Your message may sometimes reveal information about health, faith, political opinions or personal circumstances. Please include sensitive information only when it is necessary. By deliberately providing it and ticking the consent box, you explicitly consent to its use for the purpose of considering and responding to your message.
Who may see it?
Messages are sent to the RevivalUK.UK email account and may be seen by Tony Francis or trusted people helping him handle the relevant enquiry. Information may also pass through the website hosting and email providers needed to deliver the message.
We will not sell your information. We will not share it more widely unless you agree, it is necessary to deal with your request, or the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We review enquiries and delete them when they are no longer needed. Routine messages are normally deleted within 12 months. Correspondence connected with an active project, continuing relationship or legal obligation may be kept for longer.
Cookies and external video
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. YouTube videos are not loaded until you choose to load them. Once loaded, YouTube may process information according to its own privacy practices.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or transfer. You may also withdraw consent.
